CEO of Collfin Group
Henk started the Group in 1980 in Secunda whereafter he moved the family to the Lowveld in 1992 and since then continued the Group’s activities in Nelspruit and in Secunda as well as Cape Town and Mozambique. Henk is directly involved in the planning, administration and financial management of new projects as well as existing property assets. Being a qualified and experienced attorney Henk specializes in conveyancing, property and commercial law, adding this expertise to the Collfin Group.Since its establishment Collfin Group has completed various residential, industrial, commercial and retail projects.

Hugo van Coller
Director – Maintenance and Upgrading of all Residential and Commercial Assets
Hugo manages all construction of projects at Collfin Group.
He has joined the company on a full time basis in 2004 after studying B.Agric/Admin at Stellenbosch University. During 2003 before permanently joining the business Hugo completed a ground breaking holiday residential development in the north of Mozambique.

Currently Hugo is leading construction on Collfin Properties’ biggest development to date – Rubicon Retirement Village.
Construction has commenced in November 2007 and will continue throughout 2010.

Wouter van Coller
Director – Administrative and Project Management; Financial Aid to HP van Coller; CEA Accredited Property Agent
Wouter heads the management of several departments of the Collfin Group which includes: Managing of Property Maintenance & Tenants; Marketing Manager of Collfin & Collfin Property AgencyWouter joined Collfin on a temporary basis in 1995 but made it permanent in 2002 after studying B.comm Management Accounting at Stellenbosch University.

Rina van Coller
Manager – Conveyancing Department: Henk van Coller Attorneys
Rina worked as general manager with husband Henk in his property development company before Henk van Coller Attorneys was established in 1995. She started as a conveyancing secretary and very soon progressed to conveyancing manager. Rina is responsible for all aspects of property transactions.
